Well, Madhouse currently manage to pull out a faithful adaptation in 24 episodes of Parasyte [64 chapters] and SHAFT managed to do the same for a basic work like Nisekoi [something like 50 chapters for 20 episodes].
First Arc ends of Prison School at chapter 81. Don't get me wrong, there is a chance that this will turn out to be shit but a good adaptation isn't impossible neither IMO.
