He's pretty young though (only 19 I think), so he doesn't always have the best experience in what he's talking about. At least he actually talks about shows based on their thematical elements and weaknesses from a storytelling perspective, which is something I wouldn't see in most reviewers.
On the other hand, he liked FMA 2003, and I don't know how to respond to that. At least, I think he liked it.

I don't watch any videos, but I'll sometimes read a review on THEM anime or the Nihon Review. I'll usually do this after I watched the show.
It's nice to get a different perspective and look at things a different way when watching a show again, not that it really influences my opinion. For example, I've seen CotS/BotS 7 or 8 times and no complaint in a review I've read of it has any valid point in my opinion.
