Usually normal h manga tends to be easier on the standard bubbles. usually no need to warp text etc. The downside is redraws can and usually are hell. Pretty common to have transparent bubbles in normal manga, rarer in H H-manga usually has much easier redraws. bubbles can be any shape or size though (fuck sokai's 90% vertical bubbles) and generally moans need to be stylized. It can also be quite annoying inserting ♥ every line.
