First, there is a distinctive prevalence of the power of words on MB, that obvious. And FRESH and Najimu are supposed to represent the reader and the author, respectively.
That's why Fresh's attacks can't be healed, it's a parallel with how the readers can literally rip apart the work of the author, which has supposedly infinite powers, and even the author can't regenerate.

I'd say it's Kyon from "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" for several reasons:
* The guy is the only "normal" in the show, and yet, has power over all these powerful people/entities
* He has met others like the current powerful people in the past and did a similar subjugation with them, as well.
That being said: it is very likely that HE is the one with the immense power - so much so, that he subconsciously made all these other powerful entities and factions, to give him something to do/believe in.
In conclusion: even if he wasnt' the creator of the world as it is in his universe, even if he wasn't able to do anything with power, his overal influence spehere within those powerful people would surpass even those of Keiichi Morisato, who is associated with gods and goddesses.
