My biggest fears are that they will voicecast some too emotionless or too old sounding VA for Meiko, and that they will have a budget too small for proper animation and thus try to save the entire mess with bucketloads of pantyshots and gainaxing. This would also push the crazy comedy aspect of the adaptation out of the window making it just another weird ecchi show.
I mean seriously, Japan pumps out some crazy shit when it comes to comedies but I can't think of anything recent that tops Prison School in the ridiculous plot department.
