Nah, its training from a young age NOT to be able to say certain sounds correctly. If you never use a TH sound (For example, its not used in Korean I believe) when you were a kid, the tongue is unable to properly form the motions. Its extremely difficult to teach an adult to use a sound they've never used before. Possible, but it takes a LOT of practice on their part. Tutoring dozens of different japanese/korean people trying to learn english has taught me not to try to correct pronunciation as much as grammar
