I love this show. It's relaxing, pleasant and charming. Really well done SoL/Iyashikei. Plus some nice SHAFT antics, like plentiful head-tilts and weirdly over-animated scenes of relatively mundane activities.

Yes, after all they are experienced with shows like these. The only thing that really shows is that they seem to be struggling with delivering on time.
On the first ep. the ED wasn't finished, ep.3 had a heightened amount of QUALITY, the backgrounds look partially wonderful, partially awful.
But apart from that it's a good production, excellent soundtrack, good VA work, good pacing, the show manages to convey those positive comfy nice feelings and moods, and shafty shenanigans are few.
And knowing shaft they're probably going to fix lots of the QUALITY on the BD.
