Just the one screening per location - it's an overnight, 11pm to 5am special screening event with a talk show.
That's what the lottery system will be used for, but at least for the Tokyo one not that many people applied, so everyone got a seat without selection going to a lottery. Osaka might be different, because the talkshow has been announced for Satou with Gou and Yoshino, the main duo's VA, so I'm expecting it will be a bit more popular.
2ch were talking recently about the viewership of the yoru no fantasy broadcasts (I think during the last one, they asked viewers to comment where they were from or something?). While I've seen a couple of others, I don't think the numbers of gaijin at the events I've been to has been that noticeable.
The Taiwan event they did seemed to be popular though.

Event went great for me; my brigade won all 8 days in a row and I managed to get four Yuriuses (and then realized after I evolved them that I like the picture on his level 1 card the best, but that's a pretty extravagant problem to have).

Kept forgetting to mention it, but I got this a while back from Surugaya. IMO it's not so bad in context of just how badly anime is selling overall. If it isn't hit fujoshit like Free!, hit idolshit or madoshit, it has no right to cross 20k, period. Stuff that crosses 10k (but not by much): flavour of the season shounens like YWPD (and that is big in Japan right now); certain, but not all gundams; jojos. Not even hype stuff like Psycho Pass or KLK managed to cross the 10k line. I'd say shit sales start below 3k so Bahamut managed to fit in right into lower average. And it's nothing unexpected, if you just look around you can tell by the show's notoriety pretty accurately how much it would manage to sell. Unfortunately Bahamut was never a 10k crosser, as much was a given judging how it sometimes struggled for attention.
Either way whatever they decided to do with S2, I think that has been decided independently from the sales or at least from the stalker predictions (which have been 53% overestimated). If anything, people at cygames were looking at the amazon ranking instead which was more accurate.

Back from the event, here are some details:
-For the goods sales, they had lifesize cutouts of Kaisar and Favaro on display.
-The entry bonus was a postcard of Favaro's ass. I'm wondering if it will be the same or different for the Osaka and Fukuoka showings
-They also announced (though not officially, so I guess it is subject to change) the guests for Fukuoka would be Satou, Gou, Yoshino and Tsuda Kenjirou
-The cosplayers from comiket made an appearance, and were posing for photos before the theatre opened for entry.

-It started off with an intro from the cygames guy, who looked awfully familiar, I think he's the one from yoru no fantasy.
-He introduced Morita, who came out on stage, but was followed by a mysterious figure wearing Satou's hat and glasses with eyes printed on them. So Morita introduced "Director Satou Keiichi" and asked him a few questions ("Why are you wearing those glasses?" "The spotlights are really bright!")
-While they were taking, the real Satou came out, carrying the cake on the large tray, and Yoshino took off the hat and glasses. Everyone applauded and Morita congratulated Yoshino on his birthday, and joked that's why everyone was there, that we all had gathered to celebrate for for his birthday. They continued talking until Satou looking like he was struggling with/about to drop the cake, so the staff rushed over a table to put it on and some chairs for them.

-At the end, they were joking about Morita singing the ED, so he suggested they should sing it all 3 of them as a chorus. For the end, Satou shouted "This evening too" for the audience response of "Bahari MAX", and they started to leave. And Morita started singing.
-As he was walking to the door, I thought he was just going to do a couple of lines, but he sung all the way to the end of the first chorus. Even did a twirl around and put his foot up on the chair to emphasise parts of the song. The audience clapped along.
-For some reason, the cygames guy seemed to want him to finish and leave quickly (I could see him gesturing and waving his arms around near the end of stage). Perhaps Morita's outburst of song was not entirely planned then?
-It was pretty excellent though, hopefully it turns up as an extra somewhere.
The following bits from the talkshow, not in any particular order:
-Satou asked generally what people liked about the show. Morita then went over with the microphone to the audience members to collect their answers. He introduced himself to the shocked audience member as "Aza-san". The first response was from someone who liked the high quality of the visuals.
-The second response, to what they liked was "lips". When asked whose lips they liked best, they answered Favaro's.
-They were asking if people had bought certain things as it was an all night showing, such as a neck pillow, and one person held one up. Others also had blankets and so on. Yoshino interjected that people shouldn't be going to sleep!
-Lots of teasing Gou. Talking about how he sighs when confused. The Osaka event is just going to be Satou, Yoshino and Gou, so Yoshino was saying he was going to leave being the MC to Gou, but would that be okay? They were all joking that we should all tweet encouragement to Gou to put the pressure on, because it will make him worry.
-Yoshino calls him Gou-chan, but the others use Gou-kun.
