Peau best girl.
Clannad, I've only heard someone mention it once here.On a more serious note, for full length series and not shorts or independent films, probably Baki or Legendary Gambler Tetsuya

Is that Hyper Police? I haven't seen this since 6th grade.

Don't know if pretending or not.
I don't have a picture since I'm on a phone, but I've never seen anyone here discuss Papuwa

The English dub had a commentary track where the voice actors just got really really drunk and the guys talked about how many erections they got doing this show
It's shit don't watch it
Oh yeah I was also 7 when I watched it
It's shit don't watch it.
Doubt its obscure but I've never seen it posted on /a/ before.

We had plenty of threads while it was airing. I think it was brought up a few months ago too. Usually people complain that the arc with the children dragged on and they lost interest, to which some anons will say it was the best part.
someday's dreamers + the sora arc
I doubt anybody would remember it if not for Mutio, that said it was a really great OVA
I don't know how obscure either of these are (may not be that much at all) but I can't remember the name of either of them
One featured girls casting spells with cellphones. One could jump, one could create fire, and one could pull out swords from the sword dimension
Another revolved around (but didn't heavily feature) a guy who could turn into giant monsters whenever he ate a certain fruit/nut. I remember getting kind of freaked out when one of his monsters got their head somewhat graphically ripped off.

That was a fun show.
Im pissed off that they didn't animate the last chapter for whatever reason. The ending for it would have been perfect.
It's pretty much Prince Baka going on a honey moon with his new wife and they get held hostage.
