I'm dumping this. This is Viz's official translation. I haven't set up a proper way to rip chapters yet but an anon's helped me out and I'll be doing so in the future. I love this series and would hate to see it completely fade into obscurity. The anime certainly doesn't help its standing!

The ToC is usually on the second page instead of the first. Still, I've seen better readers. The fact that all the images are basically 1000 pixels tall at BEST means they're squishing all their images down, which is lame. Definitely will be looking into .zip files/ripping instead of reading from the site now that I know about both.

I went all the way to 20. It doesn't look like implemented something allegedly for android. They're all basically repeats, for god knows why. They also didn't seem to be module 3 or some shit simple like that.
What I always found interesting was device_id=3 with loadermax which loads a page or two at a time. It can get at the images without auth unless you pass their supposed page limit. I wager there is probably some way of bypassing that, but it's too much of a blackbox to ever figure it out.

The order of the parameters are irrelevant. URL are in the form of:
http://some server/something?param1=x¶m2=y¶m3=z
Basically you're sending little bits of data to their server and they'll use that to give you back certain data. Changing the parameter values can do something, removing them as well, but if you're truly magical you can figure out new ones or reuse ones from other places and bypass all kinds of security shit. *cough* Comixology *cough*
