Saw the first couple episodes. Too much of a torture porn fest for my tastes. Will also lead to some awful, awful cosplays at conventions, ut that's not really a factor. Just something I... Really don't look forward to.

Show is alright but the threads are fucking awful.
It's like a more bland Death Billards, this kind of premise would be fit for a movie but not a show. The only way for it not to get boring would be to have a good overarching storyline, which probably isn't going to happen.

The thing is that there is no bad end. Your sould just either ends it run or tries again. It is not like you remember everything from before when you reincarnate. That is why it's reincarnation or the void, instead of eternal suffering or eternal bliss.

So far so good, I wish I'd only found out about it when it was complete though.
The episodes feel short lived, and having to wait a week for each one feels a little, underwhelming? I guess.
This is something that I'd rather watch in a sitting, but I like the style and set up. The fact that they have a few characters per episode that will ONLY last for that episode, means they have to dedicate that time to developing them. I hope next episode focuses more on the Arbiters.
I remember watching the first episode and thinking "i've watched this before", but no. Just a similar art style.

Death Billiards was cool and as deep as a puddle.
It's Death Billiards with more episodes. It's impressive for people who don't ask much, but the writing is boring and borderline stupid.

It's alright. I was with >>120741883 at first, it seemed pretty torture-porny early on, but ep 3 turned that around and 4 wasn't quite as bad. Next episode seems like it's going to focus more on the arbiters, and I'm hoping we move more in that direction as the show goes on; I'm a lot more interested in them than in the characters of the week.
