I've always wanted an anime about a poor, overworked, exhausted young maid working in a royal castle. Jobs are hard to come by, though, and hers is quite good... relatively; for a young orphan with no other prospects. If she loses it, her only options are likely to be starvation or prostitution. But being an attractive young woman and a maid is also dangerous; especially in *the* royal castle; she spends all day working around people who could take advantage of her and easily get away with it. She has to walk a kind of tightrope of stress and fear; working hard and fast enough to keep her job but without attracting the attention of anyone at all, if she can help it.
Naturally (since this is an anime,) one of the younger princes has developed a massive crush on her, but he knows damn well how she views the world, and that knowing one of the *goddamn princes* was lusting for her would terrify her, he goes to extreme lengths to hide it. Everyone thinks of him as dashing and amazing and oh-my-god-he's-such-an-amazing-swordsman but the truth is, he never has to make any serious decisions; either he has people to do it for him, or those decisions have already been made by someone more important (usually his parents, the king and queen,) and his excellence in the martial arts is mainly otaku-tier obsession (if he wants to chase people away at parties, he just starts talking about swords until they leave him alone to support a wall and raid the snack table.)

The anime would focus mostly on the maid's perspective; and her daily struggles/tightrope-walking act, eventually shifting to show more of the Prince as it slowly dawns on the Maid that he's struggling contain his spaghetti for some reason. His younger and older brothers both figure out what's up and start fucking with him; having the daily cleaning schedule and teatime routines changed by ten/fifteen minutes each way to force their betafag brother to face the goddamn girl a little more often; driving him to ever-more-excessive evasive techniques. Around that time his parents would start arranging more and more "balls" and "feasts" and "banquets" and "let's drop the facade, we're setting up meet-and-greet parties to try and get this dipshit married off already," to which the prince responds to by summoning his full autism virgin power and being as unpleasantly otaku as fucking possible to drive off unwanted suitors. Naturally, setting up the tables and waiting on people at all of these functions would be The Maid, still clueless.
Eventually, of course, some nobleman is going to get fresh with her, right in front of the Prince; resulting in him following the guy around for the rest of the party and being as much of a prick as someone with a formal courtly education can manage, right down to composing "fuck-you" sonnets on the spot. This will ultimately snowball into a very big Plot thing that I dunno, fuck, let an anime writer come up with this shit I just want cute maid romance and spaghetti-spewing princes is that too much to ask

I just want an anime centered around a poor high school girl living on her own struggling to find enough food to eat and stay warm during winter while trying to be strong and maintain an image of normality among her peers. It'd be full of suffering and sadness, but slowly she would find a couple of oddball friends or a potential love interest and there would be plenty of cute moeshit moments as they bring happiness into her life.
