Does she prefer the beach or the public pool?
My Yunocchi doesn't really have a preference, she has multiple types, even! One piece ones or those frillier bikinis looks the cutest on her, so she would wear those for my sake.
She can't exactly swim, but still prefers going to the pool - but going to the beach as a couple and relaxing in the sun sounds just as nice of a date, really.
Probably some one-peace or polka dot bikini like in project diva. However she looks the cutest in school swimsuit.
