Hair normally grows around 11-12cm(1cm in warmer months or more a little less during colder months) a year around her age. If we take into account that she as dark brown hair her hair structure most likely is at least somewhat solid which still means she has to cut of around 2-4 cm every year so the ends don't split and look like shit no matter how much care she takes of it.
We end up with around 8-9cm a year.
Considering her height she must have grown it around 30-35 cm. For the ends to look as good as hers she also needs to have cut it recently in the last shot.

I'm a fan of old-type tsunderes that are well written or tsunderes that are fully aware of how they're acting and they can be a lot of fun. It just nearly never happens especially in anime. It's the same with dandere. Most of the time they are dead eyed empty autistic blobs that are simply there.
And suddenly a random shonen like Absolut Duo can actually produce a damn good Ja and Nej saying dandere. It's just rare.

In Egoistic Lily, its pretty much like how the anime headed (his 'fated' encounter scene, etc etc). But in Saekano (main) manga, Katou's attitude and behavior is what makes Tomoya asked her to join his circle (and as a heroine model).
