All right, here's how we're going to do it.
This is a best of three and we are going to make use of that.
For the first round, spend as much meter as possible to take her down, depleting everything is fine.
For the second round you will want to conserve it and stick at <300% (so you don't go into MAX/Heat) while living long enough so that she can get her meter to 300% and do her last arc. After she uses the last arc you want to end the round by losing so she will be at 0% for the decisive round.
Then for the final round use all the meter you have been saving up and finish her off.
