It's much better than F/Z as adaptation, and since they grasped characters and story development better, I consider it to be more solid show too. Whether people prefer Urobuchi or Nasu, Kajiura or whatshisname is another story.

See, as a Limey, I was raised on the legends of King Arthur's court. I always loved it, the concept of a hero to aspire to. So when I found out that they randomly genderchanged him to get porn? I was kinda pissed.
As such, Ive always had a somewhat higher bar for Nasuverse series. If you're going to fuck with my country's legends, you'd better do it RIGHT. Hence why I hated the original Fate Stay Night and loved Fate Zero, one fell under the bar and one skyrocketed above it, did a triple somersault and landed on the mat.
So far? UBW's been alright. Only time will tell if it's "good".

Yes. It's a 99% perfect adaption. I really want to see the extras on the BD's for that extra 1%.

Yes. Aside from prisma, fate threads kind of died down a lot in 2013 compared to 2011/2012. I'm really happy for the new resurgence that ufotable is bringing us.
