My waifu is a very much a secondary character and only appears in a minimal amount of chapters/episodes.
No real regrets really - she has been a huge positive influence.
Of course, every day I wish that we could become closer and closer, and even if deep inside I know that it will not happen in this life, I still can't help but yearn for it. At least we are together in heart and soul.

I wouldn't say I'm haunted by regret, but I would like to interact with her, or at least a facsimile. What I recognise as "her" is pretty flexible due to her nature as an idea. Maybe I'll be able to interact with her in the not too distant future thanks to VR and/or AR.
