What's really good about it is the witty dialogues (including the wordplay and general writing style if you know some moon) and the general development of the characters, which never really ceases up until the last novel. The fanservice is also really exaggerated compared to the novels. Basically in the novel you get Hanekawa saying "And the I had a shower with Senjougahara" while in the anime you get 30+ seconds of visuals portraying them washing each other.

Josuke, Joseph, and Jolyne especially have vivid personalities anyone can like. Gappy is super weird in a loveable way. Jotaro's silence grows on you throughout part 3. Jonathan is so pure it's downright moe. Johnny's determination, sense of humor, and touching story make him a great character too. Same goes for Giorno.
