There was a lot of motion but the detail and consistency wasn't that high. In other words, I'm not hating but I'm saying that they managed to make it look really good while (most likely) not blowing their budget on just the first episode.
I prefer motion over detail/consistency, like in Yozakura Quartet (perhaps though only because we severely lack shows that prioritize motion). Ryo-chimo is so awesome.
