If she was summoned in the Saber class still, the only additional equipment she'd really receive is Avalon, and possibly her shield Prydwen.
Maybe also the ability to call one of her warhorses (Hengroen or Llamrei), as she'd retain her Riding skill.
Perhaps she would receive her dagger Carnwennan if summoned in Britain or by an amazing master, but that's probably not a huge gain. Also Caliburn, but Excalibur is still better.
It would open up options for Lancer Artoria (Rhongomynaid) and Rider Artoria (two warhorses and a boat), however.
