I think it's up to interpretation about what levels of tsun and dere confirm the tsun-to-dere transition. Does the dere need to overtake the tsun? Does teasing count as tsun? Does the tsun need to be minimal or nonexistent? Does the dere need to be overt?
As I noted, she is not a tsundere in the spirit of the term; thus, I'm not too fussy about marking this particular event. I would say that she stops being hostile (tsuntsun) towards him as of pic related, but if you disagree, then whatever.

I think that's only what it looks like because the story drifts away from Araragi.
Neko Shiro he's basically gone, Otori and Koi is about snake and he's just there as a foil and Hana is about monkey. Kabuki and Oni are the only ones after phoenix where it's about Araragi again and we don't get to see crab because he's off on bat and snail's wild ride.
It's not until Tsuki that we get to see an arc that actually revolves around him again.
