On the Run is obviously a cover. There are plenty of actual instances of plagiarism by Yoko Kanno, so I don't know why you singled out that one.
Incidentally, Kanno is actually amazing when she's not ripping other people off. Just look at Magnetic Rose. I have no idea why she feels the need to steal so often.

I feel like alot of people don't realize how amazing the soundtrack to Gundam Wing is. It's sexy-jazzy, it's rock-n-roll, it's epic orchestral, and yet it's not too scattered either; somehow he made all of those genres go together very well. It's a god-tier soundtrack.
