Amira turn from some mysterious character that aims for Helheim to find her mother and become more of a real character. From naive to not so naive. She trusted Favaro till the end.
Rita becomes more like a mother figure to them and she treats them as her children. She especially like Kaisar.

This show wasn't dialog-heavy in general as I'm sure you noticed. I thought they did an excellent job conveying her character with her facial expressions without her saying a word. Rita was actually my favorite female character in the show.
The show wasn't deep, and had some derpy CG animated moments, but the character work was by and large great and the larger-than-life style fit well with the game source material.
I've watched (too many) shows over the last five years and don't have patience for much that comes out anymore, and this show was one I looked forward to every week. It surely wasn't deep, but it definitely entertained.
And if you didn't like it, you probably didn't need to watch 12 episodes of it, it's not like it made a secret of the fact that it's based on a levelgrind game.

That whole final scene between them was beautiful. SnB really managed to end on a high note. So many animu series stumble during the ending, but I feel pretty satisfied with this one. And if they add an epilogue for the BD, featuring Rita and maybe Azazel, then I'll replace "pretty" with "thoroughly".

Bahamut might have some of the best beginning episodes for a show ever. The first 3-4 episodes are absolutely amazing while nothing new story wise, but the whole package was amazing. I did feel the show start to lose steam as it went on but definitely a high 8 or low 9 show.

No actually the reasons for that may be pretty trivial. He's too hard to draw. The animators complained about Jeanne and Azazel all the time. Imagine Lucifer in action, it's near impossible to animate all that detail on him. I do wish they'd compose the Fallen Angel faction more smartly into the finale considering those were the only demons who had any real plot involvement and it would be pretty rewarding to see them fight back for real.
