Probably, since the Grail likely isn't even that powerful. Still, consider the NGNL route played straight and without any overall agenda, nor with any magic races: nobody is allowed to murder/injure anybody else anymore, all conflict has to be resolved through games. People can still argue and be mean, and clever people will still be able to inflict suffering, but overall it's possible to imagine there being "world peace", at least to a major extent. That doesn't mean everyone is happy, but no more war or weapons use would be a pretty significant step.
Such a world wouldn't necessarily need to look much different from the First World right now if you think about it. The fact is that there hasn't been a real war fought within US/Canada borders in living memory, West Europe has been pretty stable too. Everyone spends lots on weapons but they're mainly used externally. If it was actually impossible per "magic" for anyone to physically attack the West so military spending went away it'd be some change but I wonder if it'd even affect much in our regular lives. Beyond less taxes I guess.
