It all comes down to the japanese mentality. Females don't interact much with men other than their fathers and that's saying much. I don't think they can actually portray, considering they are from a much formal culture, the loosened behavior of a western woman which is closely related to prostitutes and loud and rude behavior from the humble japanese.
