I don't want to sound like an elitist neckbeard, but I usually give shows a chance to age a little before throwing them on a 3x3, just to make sure they still hold up and it's not just the immediate reaction to watching it the first time.

The manga is alright, the invasion arc which is pretty much everything released so far culminates well, the main string puller in this one is the Special Elite Border agent Jin, and he has Aizen levels of bull shittery, except he's a good guy right now. I'm enjoying it, and it's definitely on my weekly watch list.
