I think she was able to treat herself with some first aid, tight bandages and stuff. But she would succumb over time if not from blood loss then internal hemorrhaging from all that moving around.
I remember reading somewhere that you have like 10 minutes if you get shot in the stomach before you die of blood loss, maybe longerif you stop blood loss but you woud succumb to hemorrhaging over time if you aren't sewn back up and any punctured organs resealed. That was from a novel though, so the accuracy of this information is questionable.
Her death could have been handled a lot better though if they didn't have that scene with her meeting Akame, she's just killed Onest and dies on her way to meet Akame in an alley. That scene with her being all genki on the castle wall is kinda stretching it.
