Its probably gotten shitty over the years and we

Ryotsu is an asshole, but other than that I agree.
I'm guessing no one has enough dedication to pick up a series as long and as tough to translate. The dialogue isn't like any of the other Jump manga series.

It is cool south east asia aring some cool anime Kochikame, shin-chan which are far better than English dubs and closer to the original.
