I was mostly unscratched by the shit he did on AgK because I couldn't care much, this however is just another level. If shit goes down too bad I will simply pretend the series ended at episode and then everyone got better

Wrong for both, and there's evidence in the show to prove it. Tougou woke up in a hospital one day without the ability to use her legs and missing the last two years of her memories. It was a terrible, tragic state, but she was alive, and because she was alive she was eventually able to meet new friends, create new happy memories, and move on with her life. Survival beat suffering.
Sonoko's situation is even more miserable, and yet it only took two brief meetings with Tougou for her to start saying things like this. If either one of them were dead they never could have met again, but because they've both survived they have the opportunity to start over and rebuild their relationship. Sonoko doesn't have to be alone anymore. Survival beat suffering again.
Suicide is the idea that it's OK to kill yourself because things can never possibly get better. It's giving up on hope for the future, and that's where Tougou is right now. It's her right to make that choice for herself. She can shrivel up and rot is misery forever. It is NOT her right to make that decision for everyone else. It's simply murder in that case.
