Sakura fulfills most requirements here. That couple thing doesn't exactly need romance, it's just a dynamic thing. Naruto does bicker with Sakura, but he isn't a jerk nor does he get even, so I guess it isn't wholly correct to call them that, but the bickering can constitute to a degree.
