Contender along with Seki-kun, although thinking about it, I don't think Seki-kun is actually a 'short' anime. If we do the maths for the average of an episode which would be 7 minutes, and times that by 21, we get 147 minutes, which in turn is 2 hours and a 27 minutes (if we include the amazing OP and ED).
But yeah Seki and Onee are side by side for me. Shit. Actually I like Plastic Nee-san also. fuck it.
