A lot of those fanservice scenes were boring/juvenile to me when I was reading them, I especially tended to hate the pool stuff, butAngra flashing back through themwas pretty effective.
Also I forgot how FUCKED Nasu's stuff can be, Caster, Rider, and ESPECIALLY Avenger's flashbacks were some dark shit. Lancer's was pretty much just the straight myth though.
Kuzuki's wasn't a servant flashback obviously, but it was pretty much Red Demon God 2.0, which was cool I guess.

Also: after beating the main game, a weird scene unlocks in Chateau Emiya with all the girls at night, also remember to check out the school on the morning of the first day because that's a different map. Lots of people miss the Rin event there which unlocks first her date and then her Eclipse event. Once you've done everything else you unlock one final scene.

Technically, Caren doesn't remember it at all. It's the one and only regret that Avenger had at the end.
His meeting and scenes with the others will remain as fiction/deja vu in the minds of others but his interactions with Caren will completely vanish into nothingness because in the correct timeline, he/Shirou/Avenger never met her.

The same thing happened to me. The scene you're missing is most likely the "not continuing main story" scene. Like those moments where you get a chance to continue the main story by entering or not entering a house, or meeting or not meeting Caren at Ryuudou Temple. If you don't choose the "not" option, then you continue with the main story and miss a simple scene of Shirou going "Oh, I guess I don't actually feel like going over there right now."
