Well, there's lots of art you can draw with Rei that doesn't involve shipping.
You can just draw Rei, or - you can make some good statements with your art.
For instance, Rei wringing Mari's or Gendo's neck would be a start. Maybe have her wring Kaworu's neck too. Make it a neckwringathon.
You could draw Rei Ayanami packing up Rei Q and slapping a "return to sender" mailing note on it, as the address. Then she mails itin the trash where Rei Q belongs and where she will live forever because the trash is her home now
