one page thread: post your favourite page from the last manga you read edition
I read about 80 chapters of this over the last month or so, so I can't say for sure but this is a pretty great page.
This manga is really great, I love how simple the story and how clean the art is. Also the panneling is one of the best I've come across.

I have the whole collection in tankobons in fact. I read up to theairport shootoutand that's where I stopped. It's not like I dropped it or anything, I like to take my time with physical copies, it's savely secured on my bookshelf. It's pretty interesting but very depressing which is intentional though, I guess.

I don't get the hate for Gantz, it's a manga that actually tried something new, both in the story and the art (cg stuff).
Also the final arc is the most hated which I understand even less. It's so surreal, I love it. I guess it would be a pain if you had to wait for new chapters while this arc was done, when I started it was already finished.

Yeah, it's one of the few manga I own too. Bought the volumes as they were coming out here starting when I was 14, I pretty much grew up along with Elijah. It's good shit.
It's also one of the extremely few examples in anime and manga where all the gore and death never feels like it's there for shock value or just to be edgy.

It's an amazing manga, I've read it dozens of times from start to finish and I have all 28 volumes including vol 1 and 2 in original print from japan. Couldn't have asked for a better ending. What I am asking for, however, is it get reanimated based on the manga and done by Bones or I.G. My hype was maximum when I heard they were reanimating it, then it was just the Shishio arc.. and then it was the Shishio arc from the perspective of some annoying ninja cunt aka fucking horrible.
