I don't ever see an Isshiki or loner ending happening at this point. Don't have any evidence but my gut tells me 8man wouldn't want to be in an actual relationship with Iroha anyways.

She has a tendency to run away from the club whenever shit hits the fan like why she took Sagami's request in volume 6. Both were also fueled by Haruno. Her motivations aren't revealed yet outside of the ambiguous words she said,wanting to save someone/something which has been given emphasis since her first meeting with 8man and may have played a part in the formation of the service club.
We can say though that her view on 8man radically changed in this volume and reveals that she has put him in a pedestal. She thinks him and Haruno both have something that she doesn't but even so, he asks for her help anyway and learns that he's not as flawless as she thought and overlooks things that she doesn't.
Synthesizing all this with your original question, it isn't a far fetched to assume that Yukino wanted to dismantle the service club and used the election as a pretext to do so because all the club does is hurt 8man whenever they help people and she can't provide a better solution. This has been smashed after 8man asked for something genuine, truly working together is the best solution and she noticed that he isn't as perfect as she thought.
And of course, she might have just wanted to become student council president all along, but this begs the question, why didn't she turn down running until the date/Haruno instigation happened?

I read about that but I can't take it too seriously when the alleged source image has to be twisted, cropped, and all that shit to make most of the things fit. It seemed to me more as using poses as a reference that straight tracing. Some are forced like pic related.

What purpose would that serve other than the necessity of the president position be filled out? I don't recall the president being able to choose who works under her so getting Yui and especially 8man there is impossible. It would also be radically different from the service club so 8man wouldn't want to be part of it at that point, with the strain on their relationship. It's too implausible.

She obviously cares about 8man and doesn't want him getting hurt anymore. With his "solution" before imouto+saki+zaimokuza+totsuka came into the situation, he was planning on doing something self destructive again and Yukino was in full damage control so she ran for the position. And when 8man cleaned house with a solution where no one had to get hurt, she was still upset because their original relationship was already destroyed.

I dunno, that sounds a bit too harsh. If anything, it looked to me she was set on being passive about their relationship, ie. not bothering with it anymore because of how superficial it is. She's telling him to he doesn't need to come anymore, but if he does, she's not going to really do anything about it. Strangers be strangers, you know? But I can agree that she wasn't saying it to hurt him or anything, in fact, she was probably just pushing him away.
I'm not arguing that Yukino doesn't care about Hachiman, you'd be a blind nigger not to notice this. But I think that really isn't the only issue when she ran for president; that being, in her sister's shadow and all.

Yeah, their relationship was already a corpse after the events of volume 7. Let me post that entire section that spells it out for you in volume 9:

However, Yukinoshita believed in it. The thing that I stopped believing in during that field trip.

The digital copies from honto are 1600px max.
The only way to get that high of a resolution is to scan the images, which I did do for 6.5, but the scans are way too much of a mess to clean to get it on the same quality as the digital prints, with my ability anyway. I wish I could get it done, but I can't wrap my head around cleaning, so honto ebooks are the only way to go.
I would love 6000px scans of all the illustrations myself though.
