When they come back to dismantle the grail, I imagine Sakura gets insanely jealous and turns Dark Sakura. She'll probably try to kill everyone and everything at that point, ending with Shirou and Rin having to mercy kill her.
There would be a bitter sweet death scene where her and Rin resolve their conflict and she says goodbye.

I'd say it either has a bad end for Sakura, or essentially we get the confrontation the two had at the end of Heaven's Feel except with Christmas cake Rin and Sakura. Things get real dark, but they make amends.

The Grail is inert, she can't possibly go Dark Sakura. Even if she could, closing off her emotions for her sister and sempai are far more in character.
The darkness in the grail was stirred by her actually feeling hope or the possibility that sempai might actually love her back. It's positive feelings that cause the negative feelings to erupt. Sakura who has accepted her despair would not wake Avenger.

Also things are generaly easier to resolve if you aren't in a war
