There aren't usually doujinshi dedicated purely to tomboy stuff that are hentai. As for hentai manga type tomboys, they are in the anthology magazines and anthology books. However, the Vigilantes have that PRESENCE RULE which has a gray zone of enforcement of 20% to 25%. So, if the hentai anthology is not at least 20% solidly tomboy (or whatever other fetish item), then it won't be tagged that way. I've put up tags for substantial items at roughly 15% and sure enough, even if it is a month later, some vigilante has downvoted my tag and now I've gotten that negative 0.2 (or whatever it is on their sliding scale for repeat offenders getting progressively bigger penalties each time) of mod power.
If you do find tomboy material, do you even bother to tag it? Or do you just run off to fap and ignore that others look for it too? It's good you want to encourage the artists. Now, to do that, you have to think about how the money flows and which ways give them the most money.
1. Direct from the circle at comiket or their website. That entails contacting the circle. Some do sell internationally, but since no one maintains a list of these, maybe you can be the first to do so. This keeps the money in their hands.
2. Buying from DMM. After dmm takes its large cut, the artist gets the rest.
3. Buying translated uncensored ones from Fakku. It's limited to wani titles as wani is the IP manager. Wani gets approx 30% just for IP mgmt AND because it was the original first publisher. The artist gets a bigger cut than Wani does per the agreement. If there was any romance in the agreement that would be 51% but I doubt that. At 51% that would be a bigger amount than from DMM (because fakku has a higher price). The printer, taxes, registration fees, translator, and fakku then have to split up the rest.
4. Buying from Toranoana or another consignment site for CURRENT merchandise.
