My computer is acting weird when it comes to torrenting. Lately when I torrent something my whole pc slows down, watching anime is impossible while torrenting because its slow and the sounds turns staticy. Any ideas I never had this problem before until last week, it happens when the speed of the download goes above 300 kib/s, my pc isn;t shit neither I can run games with no problem, it is just torrenting.
I have defraged, error checked, cleans up some of my drives,change from deluge to Utorrent 2.2.1 and still it happens.

I'm curious, does anybody know what the tooling around XDCC is like? I know how to use it generally, but are there any standards around the message triggering, bot software, etc, even if it's only a de facto standard?
I ask because if the triggering interface is at least somewhat standard, one could develop software on top of it to expose the downloads over regular HTTP, proxying the request over DC/IRC behind the scenes. And if the list interface is standard, one could build an RSS proxy on top of it as well. Maybe such software already exists, even.
