One thing I don't get. Origami goes back in the past and attacks Phantom. But Shidou ended up changing the timeline and changes Origami. Wouldn't that mean the new future Origami has no reason to go back and change the past?

There's no reason to match it up, let alone study Jewish lore at all. Like all authors would , they would just pull it out of thin air and have their own take. Look at No. 6 and No. 8. He switched their angels. They may be interchangeable, but he didn't go with the standard.

The main problem right now though is that we have two spirit spots to fill up, no. 2 and no. 6. Plus we have Phantom, who is definitely a spirit but most likely not the first spirit. So yeah, there's a major problem.

I'd say that Phantom is most definitely a spirit considering how she's able to keep up with spirit Origami, plus some of her powers can't be explained with territory, primarily her memory wipe ability.
