I don't think that's why the site was made, but anyway, when it was first starting up and the creator was talking about it on /g/, I asked about this, and he said it was up to individual board moderators.

Hotwheels said on stream that he made the site because he got fed up with moot's rules against freedom of speech.
Anyway, the mods on /a/ are pretty chill. The only reason these threads were banned in the first place was moot's jewness on bandwidth issues and potential "virus embedding", which makes no sense either way.
Mods on infinite should give no shits about that though, since they are just users who made a board and got it popular.
