Well, I just finished Photokano, and I can't really compare it to Amagami. The artstyle was too generic, and the girls and the 'plot' felt too artifical. The whole thing probably felt like that because the routes were extremely short due to the series being single cour. Oh well, it was alright for one watch I guess.
