If you are still sort-of-alive enough to regret not watching them during your lifetime, then you're also sort-of-alive enough to continue watching anime.
If dying actually means ending as a person, then the only purpose of anime is to entertain you while you are still alive - no need to fear dying without having watched a particular show.
Monogatari. Probably the only series I would like to see completely animated. Not that there's really much to animate given its just people talking for hours upon end with occasional motherfuckers getting their faces punched in.
