Ok quick summary of the ending.Naofumi and Raphtalia are Gods doing God things, protecting worlds and the like. They can leave behind mortal copies of themselves on the worlds they visit, they left behind mortal copies on Naofumi's Earth and Fantasy world. Eventually their copies on Fantasy world die and they go back to visit and Firo who is immortal wants to come along on their god adventuring and that's basically it.
Harem end with Raphtalia, Firo and Alta.

It should also be the time when Keele (is that really her name? I assumed it was Kiru) is bought, but she apparently got recruited earlier before the spirit turtle battle. Probably so that she could feature more as a prominent character? She's pretty great.

When the wave came, her parents died and Eclair was imprisoned by the 3 Hero Church for supporting sub-human rights. When the pope of the church is killed by Naofumi, she's released and was appointed as an assistant for Naofumi's territory since he chose Raphtalia's village from which to build his base. She was a pretty minor character in her introduction like Keele (Kiru?) but, like her, she gradually became more of an important minor character. Not sure how she's introduced in the LN, though.

You're working on some flawed information."Everyone" hates him because of the religion of the country he was summoned in. In other countries, he'd be much more well-treated. He naturally gained the confidence of the laypeople by his own efforts + having a 'divine bird' peddle with him (the people are religious and recognize philorea queens/kings as sacred symbols). The problem is when the story is just going through the motions. The interactions between characters are just stock quotes of friendship or such. The battles mostly composed of the character exchanging signature moves with the new moves of a new enemy before suddenly figuring out some trick to beating the enemy or overpowering them with willpower. Stuff like that.
