At the end of the day, Wani only has five relevant magazines: Kairakuten, Kairakuten BEAST, Kairakuten XTC, Shitsurakuten and X-EROS. You can easily keep track of each of them manually on other sites, and besides they're also uploaded on nyaa.
Tankos published by Wani are also uploaded in various places and are not difficult to find.
The real problems are translations: they are hard to keep track of as there are a lot of translators/groups, they are usually not uploaded on nyaa or if they are they become unseeded in a short time, and they are expunged/purged from sadpanda because muh dmca.

Because normal downloaders now have a sliding cost penalty that increases drastically if you download 100 or more in a 7-day window of time. The more you download, the bigger the cost multiplier. Presumably, Tenboro will adjust it by total megabytes instead of galleries.
The most I heard someone pay to download one gallery was approx 1,500,000 credits. However, he didn't do it at peak cost since that could have then been 2.2M credits as someone worked out in the e-hentai forum when talking about his mistaken download.
