For the longest time now I've theorized that Urahara (or someone affiliated with him) rescued Rukia when she was abandoned as a baby and tampered with her in order to create a second half of his keikaku superweapon.
Ichigo would later become the other half. Why would he bother rescuing some quincy and a shinigami captain if he wasn't preparing for Yhwach and Aizen, going as far as sacrificing human souls to do it? His Bankai is taking apart reality and remodelling it in his own image. He made a whole speach about his view and he still has plans for Ichigo that will rob him of his future.

Isshin and Urahara discussed that. Interestingly Urahara was more reluctant than Isshin. And by now there is a big chance that Urahara and possibly other Shinigami intend to make him the next lynchpin. Which probably means loosing his freedom and body parts.

In most writtent things it's not present, like when Ichigo first read Uryuu's name on the exam placement and called him "Ametatsu." She arrived with Ichigo. If he was doing some type of Nakama victory, wouldn't she have stayed with Chad / Ishida to help them fight?

Urahara would be a bigger danger to Ichigo because he most likely already has a contingency plan against him. 1000 scenarios and all. But he's prone to underestimate Ichigo's monstrous reiatsu, so yes. At this level he could probably do the same no sell that Aizen. Heck, he did it against a Kido in chapter 1, and he didn't even have powers then. I don't thik you want to go up against Ichigo with Kido, and that's most of Urahara's plans.

Sui-feng if Yoruichi decides to be on Ichigo's side

Rangiku is probably as much of a friend to Orihime as Renji and Rukia are to Ichigo
Askin, if he gets rescued, might work for Urahara, if he really plans to create a new world with his own hands
Kenpachi since he did the same last time and I think he should fight Oetsu

I don't know what bridge you're talking about. The 5 islands are no longer relevant, they're on the central island, Gerald was protecting the stairs to the palace. What I'm talking about is the ice palace that was on the top of the castle complex. Since Ichigo blew up the whole thing with his reiatsu anyone can just jump from building to building and approach the arena from any angle.

Aizen has the biggest boner for Ichigo.

The debris caused by the damage almost hit Askin, which means Askin was at the foot of the castle. Yuushiro and Yoruichi were also there. Urahara then apeared and drugged Yoruichi. The two chased Askin throughout the Royal Realm until he activated Vollständig and Giftball deluxe. Nel sensed four different Reiatsu in the Giftball, which means Askin is still alive. Yuushiro was never inside the Giftball. It was activated in the middle of the Ast, which is far away from the foot of the castle, where Yuushiro still is, since he wasn't in any conditon to move. The only other people in the Giftball were Urahara, Yoruichi and Grimmjow. So the fourth reiatsu belongs to Askin, which means he's still not dead.

This is true. Rukia had Uraharas Hougyoku inside of her since before the time Urahara gave her a gigai.
Two chapters in the early arrancar arc have Renji talking to Urahara about some special questions he needed to ask him. The questions are about Renji connecting the dots and figuring out that Hougyoku was there earlier than first thought.

I believe those questions were about Ichigo's origins. When Ooetsu teleported Ichigo back to earth, he explained and he suspected that Renji probably already knows what Ichigo is, and Renji didn't respond.
I think Renji and Rukia both new about Ichigo's real story since Urahara probably explained it all, they just kept it to themselves.

I've always thought something along these lines. It's weird that's there's a gap in Rukias time line where we don't know where she was or how the hell she survived as an abandoned baby in a rough part of rukongai.
Perhaps Rukia being side lined in the story, and by that I mean her being barely in it since the SS arc, is some kind of red herring so we'll dismiss her as unimportant, only for Kubo to bring out some ridiculous twist near the end of Bleach.
