I haven't read any manga in a while, where's the good shit these days? I liked Mushishi, To Terra, and anything by Junji Ito (Uzimaki and Museum of Terror were great).
Yes, Bakeretsu Tenshi is an amazing manga that will renew your interest in the medium.
Considering you've shown in interest in something older, why not do some of those instead?

Read some Riyoko Ikeda. Oniisama e... is a nice short read, and if you enjoy it you'll probably like the anime even more.

Most translators on /a/ will have a mediafire or some site of their own that you can look at. Or are you asking me if they continue on picking up new projects? That's really up to them. Some form long-term groups like sumimasen scans, some quickly lose interest after doing a volume or two.

Yeah, quite a bit. If you don't know how to use perfect dark, easy way to find raws are just google mangaka's name or manga title + zip. For instance, try googling "???????? zip"
