i have three good ideas:
first one is called Loli FireFighters
So basically, 5 middle-school girls (the bland mc who has a tragic backstory, involving fire, the rich girl, the otaku, the smart girl and the sporty girl) join a training program to become firemen. They all pass and find an old fire department. They fix it up, get some firetrucks and put out a really dangerous fire. Then they decide to train, to become better at their job. But instead of training, they eat, have sleepovers, go to festival, the pool and the beach. Then they find out that some mean girls from their school also formed a fire fighting team. Those mean girls manage to put out a fire that the main team could not handle because they did not train enough and thanks to their incompetence, 8 people died. The girls are really bummed out by this and get depressed. But then one little girl that they saved comes to them, thanks them for saving her and tells them, not to give up. Then a really huge fire brakes out and even the mean girls ant handle it. But at the last minute, the main characters decide to help the mean girls. They put their differences aside and put out the fire. Then they all become friends and continue to keep the city safe.
The anime will have 12 episodes, one theatrical film and alot of ova's, chibi specials and picture dramas.

It's a deconstruction of the trap genre.
MC is an 11 year old who nobody knows since the start of elementary school he's a actually a boy. However, this isn't his decision, as his dad really wanted a daughter and has manipulated him since childhood to act like a girl, because the mother left.
However, the MC has a way too masculine behavior and is considered by the class as a tomboy. He definitely doesn't want to be a girl and suffers lots of anxiety for that very reason.
As the plot moves foward, the MC caughts the attention of an older boy, a 15 year old who develops a crush on him even though he finds very early the MC is a boy. But MC isn't gay so he doesn't want to have such relationship until the older boy convinces him he's 100% really in love with the MC. Which suddenly changes when MC starts hitting puberty and his voice becomes more masculine, as well as his facial features.
All of this transforms into the MC trying to hide his puberty to avoid humilliation and bullying, all while realizing the older boy was only a trapfag (and really into otokonoko manga and characters) who never had any sentimental attachment to him but served just as fetish fodder.
So it begins how the MC deals with his dad, the person who lied about loving him and his puberty and new masculine traits.

Maki is a photojournalism student at a university in Osaka. She likes to spend her free time breaking into abandoned buildings to find interesting things to take pictures of. Her friends are, Ai, her best friend from high school and is now a police officer stuck on meter maid duty; and Junko, her alcoholic hostess bar girl and nextdoor neighbor.
One day while in a condemned military building. She accidentally takes pictures of some yakuza killing a guy. Though she didn't notice it at the time, but they noticed her.
Maki doesn't see the killing until she develops the pictures later in her apartment with Junko. They freak out and Junko says Maki should go to the police. Yet Maki doesn't want to because she would get in trouble for trespassing again. So they go to Ai. While talking with Ai as she is writing parking tickets for unpaid parking, some Yakuza mooks recognize Maki.
A multi episode chase across the city. Then the girls try to find some higher level police that will believe them, care to do something, and are not on the yakuza payroll.
Failing, because all the police in the city are some combination of undesirable traits. They have to go and find a friend of Ai's father. He is a recently retired detective and was well respected in the city and has connections to the national police. The last place he was known to live was a small cabin in the mountains and on a lake. Meanwhile all the yakuza and some corrupt police are searching for the girls.
The girls have to get off the bus that was taking them near the cabin, when some mooks got on it. So they have to hike through the woods while being followed. They find the old man, named Shin, at his cabin. Seeing the pictures, Shin recognizes the man being killed. The man was one of the old top bosses of the yakuza in the area. The boss being executed like that can only mean that the yakuza are in a power struggle and vulnerable.

So Shin and the Girls get on the Shinkansen for Tokyo. Where they can get the pictures and information to Shin's contact in the national anti organized crime office.
They play a game of hide and go seek, with mooks, on trains to contact in Tokyo. There is now so much yakuza activity going on that all the uncorrupt anti gang police units from Osaka to Tokyo are in a panic. Yakuza and police are starting to fight all over Japan. Culminating in a firefight in front of a national police building. Which Shin and the girls get caught in the middle of.
Shin is shot and is being carried by Maki and Junko. Ai gets an assault rifle from dead yakuza that shot Shin. Which turns her into basically Rambo in a ripped mini skirt. They get to the building and the safety of Shin's contact.
The contact is named Kouze. They show Kouze the photos and tell them of everything that has happened to them since. Kouze makes some calls. Shin get's bandaged up and will live.
A little while later main yakuza bosses from Osaka and their soldiers have gathered in front of the police building. Hoping to raid it and get the girls and photos. They are unaware of the huge crackdown and police battles going on.
They storm into the building's lobby and are surrounded by dozens of heavily armed police that are with Kouze. Their arrest and trial, along with the police raids in the past few days, have brought down major yakuza families all over the country. Shin and the Girls get award from the Prime Minister. Maki gets a a job at a major newspaper. Ai gets promoted to SWAT team in Osaka. Junko ends up running the hostess bar, because all the male employees were yakuza connected and were arrested.

The Conduit Goverment is divided into the crown, with the iron queen Lassandra and her sister te rion princess Cassandra. 10 Years ago, an event called "The Fall of Aesis" kiled half the Conduit population and spawned zombie-like creatures called "Irregular Units" which feed on souls and multiply. The Maverick Knights which were fighting a war with the terrorist organization "Deflrou" were forced to fight these new enemies. who are seemingly infinite, giving them the monicker of Horde. Our story begins with MC and fuccboi extraordinare Ras. He is an edgy 17 year old guy that wants to live his life in peace. As he is edgy, he is also pretty fucked up in the head. They meet a fedora wearing Rogue knight called “Zero” who takes a liking to MC and declares that he will be the one to murder him personally.

Nery starts developing a crush on MC-kun and Saeed is reunited with his family. Dubbed “Thousand Eyes” the savage irregular attacks MC-kun and ignores Saeed and Nery. MC-kun tries to fight back bt since he is relatively new to combat he looses his arm. So the squad returns to HQ to find it being besieged again by a man Called Siegfried and his military unit nickmaed “Wolves”. They are stopped by based fedora man Zero who destroys one of their airships with a single strike of his sword. Inside the crashed ship they find a pod containing a girl. Dr. Ignaz hacks into the ships mainframe and finds out that the wolves cloned MC-sama and used his DNA to make an advanced soul-energy battery for their mechs, whcih they plan to sell to the human goverment, who is aware that the Conduit exist and want to invade their land to take all their rare resources.

They decide to shut them down and with the help of father figure warrior extraordinare Xados of the River Black, they form their own coalition of allied forces in Innner Earth. MC-kun and co go on many more adventure together with more character development and hijinks. MC-sama fights again with the thousand eyes. And its revealed that the monster was infact a person. Introducing himself as Copy, the man in black clothes and mask reveals to MC that Gaia didnt unlock his singularity because it is a very dangerous one. Dr. Ignaz finds out that MC´s singularity is “eating souls” and “assimilating singularities”. For each person that MC kills, he becomes stronger. The wolves were aware of this fact and tried to clone him to simulate his singularity. They plan to make a Soul-Core, a gigantic soulen construction that will eat up all the souls it finds in a 10 000 000 km radius. They plan to use the core to destroy the human species and reclaim Outer Earth for their own gain.

The clone that the squad found bonds with MC-sama and becomes a little sister of sorts. Now named Amy. All of them rush towards the core with support fro the Crown and the human military. Saeed goes off to save civilians and picks them up in an airship. But the core shoots it down, killing him. Dr. Ignaz´airship is shot down and she too is MIA at this point. Nery and MC-kun rush towards the core while thousands of human soldiers and maverick knights die in awesome fasion. They finnaly reach the core and find Siegfried talking with the man in black robes, Copy. Realizing that Copy can kill him without even moving, Siegfried and his wolves retreat, vowing to make a new corea new, since the current core is a defective one. However, Copy reveals that Gaia sent the truck that killed MC in the first place. Gaia switches sides to Copy´s side. MC demands to know who Copy is while Nery stays quiet. Copy reveals that he is in control of the souls of everyone in the planet, but not THIS planet. It is also revealed that when Copy arrives back in time, he creates the Irregulars and ocasionates “The Fall”.

Copy unmasks himself and reveals that he is MC of an alternate timeline. The first world that was formed. This timeline is a direct result of Copy tampering with the timelines. Copy reveals that he married Nery in his timeline and had a kid name Iris. Everythig was an utopic paradise until Siegfried made a defective and underpowered core and killed all the humans in Los Angeles. Copy´S wife and daughter were killed and absorbed by the core. And Copy unleashed his singularity which killed everything that ever lived on the planet. Copy´s plan was to minimize the people he ate and instead eat MC. Gaia explains that MC has doublé the soul reserves that a normal Conduit has and is inheritently strong because of his soul eater singularity. Copy´s plan is to make MC a Conduit and manipulate everything around him so he would become strong, and finnaly eating him and repeating the process once more. MC is shockes and tries to kill himself to stop Copy but Nery stops him and declares that he will never be a tool for Copy´s dream.

Copy wants to get powerful enough with all those soul reserves he´s been eating for about 999 loops to become a god and use the “worldbuilder” singularity that hestole from Elias the legendary hero to make his native earth a reality again. MC and Copy fight, but its mostly copy toying around with MC because MC is the first MC in all those 999 loops that is actually fighting back while the other MC that Copy devoured just gave up and accepted death. MC looses his arms and he cant regenerate fast enough and looses. Just before Copy deals a killing blow, Nery stabs him from behind, which stuns him long enough for MC to use his singularity and eat his soul instead. Copy declares his love for Nery just before he dies. MC and Nery go back in time and stop the deaths using Copy´s soul chache. Then MC travels further back in time and murders all of the people responsable for “Wolves” and the creation of the core. Finnaly, MC goes back to off-himself, because as long as he exists, a new core can be created and the world will never know peace. Nery stops MC from commiting paradox suicide by punching him in the gut and chewing him out with love. They retunr to the present, where the deaths and the rush to the core never happened. MC manages to pass the entrance exams to enlist in the elite, prestigious Eastpeak Academy, a school and college boarding school. Several months go by and MC never got popular. On the contrary, he is part of the academy's underground caste that often skip out on co-curricular activities and certain classes or break school rules covertly.
One day, a rumor of leak pics of the Academy's Student President came to light, leaked out on a certain imageboard. MC and a few of his friends were caught head on in a raid by the Hall Monitors whilst skipping a class. Several days after, MC and his friend are caught in an ambush by several students and observed several traps planted, pointing to a direction where someone intends the downfall of MC, particularly when MC's own friend had been ignored by the students that ambushed them.
Amidst the scandal of a leak and with various hitmen out for him, MC must now find out about who ordered the hits on him and take him down by hook and by crook, getting embroiled in a secret student society that intends to bring down the current Student Council.
The anime is meant as a more darker and adult version of Kids Next Door.
Hall Monitors and Hitmen all yield makeshift airguns or use various tools to incapacitate hostiles, the whole Academy itself also operates like a state with its society divided into various stratas or classes, the elite or popular jocks and students who function as the ruling and upper class, the Hall Monitors, functioning as the police and military, the ordinary students who function as the middle class where some would be part of a parallel "black society" which has its own norms and often opposes the Hall Monitors(basically criminals), and the unpopular and notorious students being seen as the lower class.
Any crime activity involves hiring hitmen, copying homework or getting questions for upcoming tests. Or even getting pantyshots of girls.
