Well, I guess the best way I could explain it is I was internally what you would call a sissy and heightened testosterone just made me insane as it clashed with the way my brain worked, it meant I was often repressed to try and be myself but that often all that testosterone would bubble over and I'd go insane, either through competition or angry outbursts
