Hey, have you ever thought what happens to the originals that artists submit to the publisher like kodansha? In the west, they generally send in scans of the work and keep the art for themselves so they can sell it for added revenue. I think that's kind of accounted for in their rates as well as convention appearances and who doesn't do this, starves.
But in Japan, I kind of feel like the art means nothing to people. that the book is all that matters and the actual pages either get stashed away in some storage of the editorial department or might as well get thrown...

It's all trash. Who wants to buy original manga art? It isn't drawn to a realistic standard which is always better than a simplistic cartoon style.
I bet originals only go for a few bucks at best.
YEah, I guess you're right, it's all terrible art anyways right.
I will post this every day until Christmas!
When will we finally get a cute slice of life anime about a cute office lady doing cute office things before coming home to her cute househusband making her cute dinner and giving her cute backrubs?
will come to your house, tear open your throat and piss down your neck while whistling a happy tune to drown out your muffled cries for mercy
So I just finished watching Fate/Zero, I've never watched the fate series and that's what someone told me to watch first.
Apparently I've fucked up, now while trying to find the order in which to watch Fate/Night and UBW, I learned that what I did was a really bad idea and spoils all the major plot twists.
Did I fuck up that bad?
Any of you guys into manhwa here? Pic related, just finished reading this
No not really. Manwha is such a blatent rip off in both style and name but not essence. You didnt really make any points about whatever series this is so i will dismiss it as generic and bland looking
When I was your age, we only had one Yu-Gi-Oh! series and we turned out just fine! I just can't make sense of any of this newfangled "5D's" and "Arc-V"!
When I was your age Yu-Gi-Oh! was only a game used to bully the elderly, and students took entire months off of school to go play cards on an island.
My grandson was a murderer too, always sending people off into dark abyss-filled purgatories from which they could never escape, ah those were the days...
ITT: We talk about how this amazing series will never get adapted
I'm not sure why people think the low sales means no adaption ever. That's not always the case.
For example it's entirely possible that this could get an international re-release and an anime could be used as a form of advertising.
Daily dose of KKOW.
ITT: People who did everything wrong.
Isn't it about time for a third season?
I'm going to post this everyday until you like it.
Thoughts on this?
It was good until the art style shift. Then the ending made it completely forgettable and made me mentally block it.
Someone needs to fucking hire Yoshitani Ayako for more roles because her voice as Urabe was divine.
