Let's all love Lain.
Kinda want to watch this since it has references to computer sci but kind of don't because I'm already depressed and don't want to watch anything that will depress me even further
Just started this one recently and I'm about half way through it. Did anyone else get into this one? I still have no idea what I'm watching, but I feel like I have to stick it out to know what the hell is going on.
Yeah, I decided to watch it because it is written by Chiaki J Konaka, who wrote Lain and Texhnolyze.
It's disjointed and the ideas aren't presented as effectively as in Lain, but I liked it. It's not a classic, but I'm still glad I watched it.
It probably would've worked better as a 1-cour show.
Yeah! I actually picked it up because I heard it had some of the Lain team on it. The pacing feels a little similar in a way, so I'm hoping it all comes together in the end.
Without spoiling it too bad, does the end pay out for this show? I'm considering marathoning it tonight, but I don't wanna have disappointment with my breakfast in the morning.
Lisha is a slut
waste of a color page
This one very much isn't, though.
>Lori wakes up after a hard night of a___ sex
What type of relationship is this?
Does Toshinou Kyouko secretly love anal?
We're looking for a cleric who can keep up with our needs. We already have a Fighter, Wizard, Rogue, and Monk. Auditions will be required.
If you can showcase an amazing talent we might need, then we might make an exception.
Especially for cooks.
> Underage japanese plot in mechanical counterpressure suits
> Weights next to nothing, can do basically any EVA if taught properly
Why won't JAXA make this real? If I needed something assembled on the orbit I'd hire them for sure.
Near future's best option will cost about $120M and will be able to carry four grown men. I would vastly prefer two 40kg girls for half the price.
Why wasn't Soul Eater more popular? It was way better than Bleach and One Piece
It's far shorter than either, for starters. Conclusions of the anime and manga are kind of weak, but the manga had far better fight scenes and character development after the split.
ITT: Anime that aged badly
Just rewatched it recently. It's shit. Loved it when it first came out though.
Say something nice about Mari Okada.
What is the next Miyazaki film I should watch?
I just watched Spirited Away and Howls Moving Castle for the first time. I loved them both, and Howls gave me one of the best feels I've ever had in an animation movie. I was truly happy at the end.
Does anyone else feel the same? Which film should I watch next? I went ahead and torrented almost every film Miyazaki has been involved in.
What's wrong with this one? Without giving anything away.
I've got both of those, I may give Kiki's a watch tonight.
